About the Owner
After 27 years with the same company, I suddenly found myself unemployed and uncertain about my next steps. Five and a half years earlier, we had relocated to Texas for my job, leaving our family behind in Michigan. Fortunately, we've grown to love Texas and want to stay here.
At first, I searched for similar positions, but without a college degree (I had left school to join my former employer), my resume kept getting filtered out, often by automated systems. It was frustrating to be overlooked before even having a chance to present my experience.
Feeling disheartened, I started exploring self-employment opportunities. That’s when I came across information about becoming a Notary. It seemed like a perfect fit—offering fair earnings, serving the public, and providing affordable services at regulated rates.
